Scope
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter « TCS ») apply to all sales concluded between Your inspiration, , Elham MEHDI EI (hereinafter « the Seller ») and any user (hereinafter « the Customer ») making a purchase on the website of Your inspiration (hereinafter « the Website »).
Products and Prices
– The products offered for sale on the Website are described in detail and include their prices.
– The displayed prices do not include delivery charges. Delivery charges will be calculated and added to the total order amount during the checkout process. VAT is not applicable according to Article 293 B of the General Tax Code.
– For orders shipped outside the European Union, VAT is not applicable in accordance with Article 262-I of the French General Tax Code. Any customs duties, local taxes or import fees applicable in the country of destination remain the responsibility of the customer.
– The Seller reserves the right to modify the prices of products at any time, but the prices applied to an order will be those in effect at the time of placing the order.
Orders
The Customer can place an order on the Website by following the indicated ordering process. The order will only be considered final upon receipt of payment by the Seller. The Seller reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons.
Delivery
The products will be delivered to the address provided by the Customer during the order. Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the destination and transport conditions. The Customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information for delivery.
The Seller disclaims any responsibility for losses, thefts, or damages occurring during the transport of the products. Once the products have been handed over to the carrier, the responsibility for any damage, theft or loss lies with the carrier.
Payment
– Payment for products is made online at the time of ordering.
– The Seller accepts the following payment methods: credit cards, PayPal.
– The Customer warrants that they are authorized to use the chosen payment method when placing the order.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation (Article L221-23 – Consumer Code), the Customer has a right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the products, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. The products must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging. Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer. The refund will be made after receipt of the products by the Seller.
You may exercise your right of withdrawal directly online using the dedicated ‘Withdraw from the contract here’ function, available here or in your order area throughout the withdrawal period. You may also complete the withdrawal form and email it to yourinspiration.shop@gmail.com.
Liability
The Seller is responsible for the compliance of the products sold on the Website with the applicable legal provisions. – The Seller’s liability shall not be engaged in the event of force majeure or unforeseeable and insurmountable acts of a third party.
In accordance with its legal obligations relating to Extended Producer Responsibility (Responsabilité Élargie du Producteur (REP)), the Seller is a member of the CITEO eco-organisation under the following Unique Identification Number: FR481735_01DAWL
Disputes
Any disputes arising from purchase and sale transactions concluded in accordance with these general terms and conditions of sale – whether concerning their validity, interpretation, performance, termination, consequences or repercussions – which cannot be resolved between the Seller and the Customer shall be referred to the competent French courts in accordance with the provisions of ordinary law.
The Customer is informed that, in any event, they may resort to contractual mediation, in particular through the Consumer Mediation Commission (Consumer Code, Article L 612-1) or through existing sector-specific mediation bodies, or to any alternative dispute resolution method (such as conciliation) in the event of a dispute.

Should the dispute be brought before the courts, it is noted that, pursuant to Article L 141-5 of the Consumer Code, the consumer may, at their discretion, bring proceedings before either one of the courts with territorial jurisdiction under the Code of Civil Procedure or the court of the place where they were resident at the time the contract was concluded or the harmful event occurred.
It is also noted that, in accordance with Article 14 of Regulation (EU) No 524/2013, the European Commission has established an Online Dispute Resolution platform, facilitating the independent, out-of-court resolution of online disputes between consumers and traders within the European Union.
Personal Data Protection
The Seller collects and processes the Customer’s personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy available on the Website.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These TCS are subject to French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these TCS shall be the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
